Carey Conner

Carey Conner is Senior Media Director for The LeMaster Group, a crisis communications and media relations firm in Dallas, Texas, USA. Since joining the firm in 1996, Ms. Conner has trained and consulted corporate executives and company spokespersons on how to speak the media language.
Ms. Conner has specific experience in the airline, chemical, health care, retail and restaurant industries, as well as many others. She has assisted companies in issues ranging from mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, food-borne illnesses and store closings, to union practices, sexual harassment and diversity.

Ms. Conner's expertise involves strategic planning, investor relations and crisis consulting. The firm has prepared clients for appearances on 20/20, NBC Nightly News, Dateline, 60 Minutes, CNBC and CNNfn, as well as many others.

Before joining The LeMaster Group, Ms. Conner was a television news anchor and political reporter at the ABC affiliate in Denison, Texas. She was also a news producer at the USA Radio Network, a satellite news network based in Dallas. Ms. Conner is a graduate from the University of North Texas. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism with a double minor in Political Science and English. She and her husband Paul Marin reside in Frisco, Texas, USA.
